CHECKLIST

Three recent passport size photos, one to be placed on the space provided in the application form
Copy of the birth certificate
Copy of passport
Copy of valid Visa to remain in Hong Kong, if applicable
Copy of Hong Kong identity card, if applicable
Copy of the most recent two years school reports
Copy off immunization record
Two stamped and self-addressed envelopes
A non-refundable application fee of HK$600 made payable to “Funful Group of Schools Co.Ltd.” (waved for Funful kindergarten students)
